Italian D.Lgs. 196/2003

We herewith inform you that, according to section 13 of the Italian D.Lgs. 196/2003 (Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali), your personal data - also verbally provided - will be processed and stored in our computer database and/or printed and stored in paper archives and will be used to send you information about our activities by e-mail. It is not compulsory to provide us with your personal details for the purposes outlined above; however, we will not be able to process your data without your explicit authorization.
Your data will be treated throughout the duration of our service. In any case, you can explicitly require the cancellation of your personal data according to the relevant law, with the consequent interruption of our e-mail messaging.
Your personal details will be communicated exclusively to our partners and associated companies with the purpose of meeting the contract requirements or to external companies when their involvement is necessary in order to perform our activities. If required, your data can be communicated to credit organizations, credit recovery companies, credit insurance companies, commercial information companies, professionals and advisors. These companies will act either as responsible subjects or as subjects in charge of data treatment and will be given relevant instructions in order to guarantee your data privacy and safety.
You can exercise the rights provided by section 7 of the D. Lgs. 196/2003. For example, you can verify the registration of your personal details and you can be informed about:
a) the source of your personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of data processing;
c) the method applied to data processing if carried out with electronic instruments;
d) the personal information of data owner;
e) the subject or the categories of subjects to whom your personal data could be communicated.
Furthermore, you have the right to obtain your data updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, disclaiming or the blocking of illicitly processed data.
Finally, you have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal data, even if relevant to the purpose of the data collection;
b) to the processing of your personal data when carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
