Our Head Office located in Trieste, in the north-east of Italy, is the operational coordination centre of all  activities: upon receipt of the orders, the instructions are transmitted to the local inspectors operating in the involved area, on the basis of their specific skills.
The return information is sent exactly the same way back, from local inspectors to our Head Office: reports and all related documentation (release notes, certificates, material list) are verified by our staff to ensure that all requests have been duly fulfilled, and afterwards are forward to the customer.
